Tracy Brown Planning Consultants, LLC

Tracy Brown, the principal of Tracy Brown Planning Consultants LLC, has worked as a Planner in Oregon for over 25 years. He holds a Bachelors degree in Environmental Planning and Design from Western Washington University and a Masters degree in Community and Regional Planning from the University of Oregon.  

 

Prior to starting Tracy Brown Planning Consultants LLC, Tracy worked for the City of Sandy, Oregon for almost 15 years and prior to that he worked for the Lane Council of Governments in Eugene, Oregon for 10 years.

 

Tracy's entire career has focused on small city planning, environmental planning, and urban renewal project management.  As a city planner he has reviewed over 75 commercial development projects and more than 30 subdivisions.  In addition, he is an expert in urban renewal funding and project management.  As Planning Director for the City of Sandy, Tracy was instrumental in starting an award winning building facade enhancement program and has experience managing over 45 urban renewal enhancement projects.

During his career, Tracy has developed an extensive network of professionals from various related disciplines (architects, civil engineers, traffic consultants, etc.) who can be tapped to assist with projects as needed.
